Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled departure time for check-in, safety briefing and vessel orientation. Departures and returns are from 4 River Terrace, Tweed Heads NSW..

Special requirements

The nominated hirer must be at least 18 years of age. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. A pre-departure safety and operating briefing is required before departure.

Restrictions

Maximum 10 guests per vessel. Guests must follow all boating safety instructions and local waterway regulations. The vessel must not be operated under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Health & Safety

• Follow the safety briefing and all staff instructions.
• Do not exceed the vessel’s passenger limit.
• Life jackets and safety equipment are provided onboard.
• Children must be supervised at all times.
• The operator must not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• Report any damage, incidents, or equipment issues immediately.
